Mooo-ving!

I bet you are wondering what's up with my new blog? Right after my last post, we closed on the house we are buying! This Fort Worth girl is moving to the country! Every day we have either been working on the new place to get it ready to move into, or packing here. I am supposed to be RETIRED, but instead I am TIRED! The movers are coming Wed. the 5th. So, that leaves me just 3 days and one of those days we are going back down to the new house to work there! Whew! We are supposedly moving so we can downsize but considering all the boxes .... check out this picture ...

But don't think I haven't been stamping at all because any break I get I work on my moving cards! I am making 35 cards to send out. I probably could use more but I have to stop somewhere. I will just have to pick and choose who gets one! I showed a friend and she thought I was crazy becuase each leaf was stamped inidividually! So, I didn't come up with the easiest card but I love it! Whatcha think?

I used the unmounted red rubber set from Stamp Camp. I also used a cuttlebug folder, the scalloped nestibillites and baubles from Stamping Bella. Here's a pic showing the detail ... The little sign says "Our New Nest"

I decided to make this a flat card instead of a foldover to save on cardstock. So on the back side I printed out a sheet that has "Gary & Tina Have Moved to the County", along with our new info.

I have to pack up my craft room tommorrow! Sad Face goes here! On a good note, I got my metal building delivered to our new place. My new craft room will be a 10 x14 space, which is nice since the space I was going to have here was about 8 x 10! We have had the electrician out so all we have to do now is put insulation in it, put slat wall up, put the a/c unit in, lay down my carpeting and get me unpacked and set up to start stamping! Here is the pic of what will be my new room!!

My next post should be stamped in my new room! Looking forward to it!

Take care and Happy Stamping! Tina
