February Class Share!

Hello!  I know you have been wondering about me. I am still in a transition to a new life aka figuring out where I will put down roots, finding a job, etc.  I still don't have my home computer set up or all my supplies when I need to make important stuff like class samples, but hopefully soon. I am thinking about the Christmas cards I made but didn't show you, and thinking it would be fun to do a Christmas in July.  I also want to get back to my weekly Sat. shares with Debbie. I have put it on hold temporarily.

For today, I have my next class to show you.  I decided for this month to do a morning and evening on the same Friday. This will help me with gas and also if I get a job before then, there is just one day to ask for. Last year I purchased a couple of dies from The Paper Cut that I had not played with and then at the recent stamp convention, I bought another one. I decided using these dies would make for a perfect class. The dies make cards that I would do from scratch a lot easier.  The cards came out really cute. Let me show you. Enjoy!

First, is a triple circle z fold ...

When opened ...

Next is a slider card.  This one can be difficult from scratch so this die is a keeper!

Pull the ribbon and main image slides up ...

 And the inside ...

And the last one is a bib card...

 View opened ...

And then here is a photo of the dies.

If you are interested in coming to class or would like a kit, please call The Crafty Scrapper at 972-923-3151.

Easy Peasy Fun Folds with Dies!
Friday Feb. 24th 11 am and Friday 24th 7 pm $28

In this class, you will use card making dies from The Paper Cut to create three favorite fun fold cards including a triple circle z fold card, a slider card, and a bib card. The cards are created with the new Celebrate Easter line from Echo Park and some fun critters from Inky Antics & Darcies. All three are perfect for all occasion cards. Please bring adhesive to include small glue dots, pop up dots, scor-tape, detailed scissors, and your preferred coloring medium.  (Copics I used: card 1: YG25, YG01, C1, YG03, RV10, RV14, card 2: Y32, BG11, YG11, R32, C1, R81, card 3: E31, E33, Y13, G43, R01).

You will see me again on Sat. because I am working on a design team project for the store!

Happy Stamping!
