Monthly Madness December 2022!

Hello!  Wow, I bet you were wondering if there is a December kit.  Yes, there is, even though I am super late!  Every December, kit samples are slow to be made because I take time to get my own cards made.  I was finally caught up with my stuff and so every night this week I have been in my craft room working on the cards.  I love how they came out and I am excited to share them with you!  But first, I do want to mention, that I will be working on them like crazy in the next couple of weeks and I will get caught up by the end of January with the January kit being birthday themed.  Now let me show you the cards.  The theme is Valentine and Friendship.  Enjoy!

Oh, and I have to say that at first, I was like what stamps should I use?  I did as usual and used the cool Valentine papers to lead me to my stamps!  lol!  So, as always, my first card is a fun fold.  This time a simple tunnel card with an open heart on the inside ...

And the inside opened up ...

Next, up is a fun Gnome card, which just makes me smile ...

The first year I did card kits, I used this little octopus stamp set from Lawn Fawn, decided it was time to use it again, so cute!

Here is an easy one for you, no coloring ...

This next one has a discontinued stamp from my stash, but so glad I have such cute stamps from long ago to share with you ...

And last but not least, my bonus card with a pun (of course, lol!)

One note, I pretty much put some kind of Valentine sentiment on all the card kit ones, but if you end up not using it for Valentine's Day, you can always flip the card over, and add your own sentiment.  On the bonus card, I left it blank because you can't flip it over.

Just a reminder, you get 2 of the 5 designs plus the bonus card made by me, for $35 ($30 + $5 shipping).  I really, really hope that I do not have to increase shipping costs next year, but I do work for the post office and I have seen where they are going up again.  Of course, I do my labels through an app, which is cheaper, so that is good.

Even though it is late in the month, be sure to let me know if you would like this kit.  I think the cards are great!

And last but not least, I want to say a BIG Thank you to each and every one of you for your support of me and my card kit business!  Merry Christmas!

Happy Stamping!

Monthly Madness November 2022!

Hello!  I am back with the second of two months of Christmas card samples.  I believe that most people need a few extra Christmas cards to send at this time of the year.  I know I do!  I love how they came out and am excited to share them with you.  Remember, you get 2 of the 5 designs, plus a bonus card made by me all for $35 ($30 + shipping).  Now let me show my cards ... enjoy!

First up, is an easy fun fold card made with a most adorable set of stamps and dies.  I actually purchaed the stamps a year ago and then I realized if I had the matching dies, it would cut out the windows and the door of the house, so I waited until this year to get the dies.  So glad I did ...love it!

Before I go on, I have to share something that I did not photo, but it is added.  My friend saw my card and thought I should add a sentiment behind the open door.  Funny thing is that this is the same friend that always saying don't make the cards so difficult on my part ... well, adding a sentiment in the exact location where you will be placing the house, not difficult?  Okay, so I thought I probably do not have a stamp that small ... yes, I did!  "Joy" and it is perfect!  However, I will probably not think so when I go to make the kits!  LOL!

The next card is just so pretty, and it is using a favorite wood mounted stamp from store days!

Another pretty card ...

Now, every Christmas card kit needs religious cards, here is the first one.  The dies I got last month at the scrapbook show.  I love how it came out ...

When I got to this point, in making the cards, I debated whether to do a second religious or not, but I always need extra of the religious ones, so I decided to do a second one.  If for some reason this is not needed for you, let me know, and we can always do a substitute.  The stamp I used a couple of years ago, it is such a sweet, simple stamp.

And last but not least, this is my bonus card.  A little bit more coloring than I am sure I am going to want to do on a bunch of cards!  Problem is, once I make the card and see it and like it, well there is no changing it!

Okay, this wraps up Christmas card kits.  Be sure to let me know you want this month's kit.  FYI, I have one lady that I am making a set of Hannukah cards for, so if you need any of this type, just let me know and you can do an add-on.

Thank you always for your support!
Happy Stamping!

Monthly Madness October 2022!

Hello!  Yes, I know, I am a little late this month getting the samples to you.  I don't have any great excuse like when I moved but getting in a good creative mojo space when I am "supposed to" is sometimes hard for me, so it takes a few extra days.  It is funny though, once I am in the mood and I start, well, ideas just keep flowing!  And on a good note, I almost always love how they turn out.  This month is no exception!  This month is the first of two months of Christmas, so after next month, you have 22 cards to send. Let me show you the first set of Christmas ...enjoy!

The first card is this month's fun fold.  It is a simplified side step card.  And it really is and easy one to recreate, so I am excited to share this pattern with you.  Since it is Christmas, I went with pretty shimmer cardstock for the poinsettia, really makes it pop!

Here is the inside ...

And this next photo, shows you how this card looks from a side view ...

Card #2 is a cute one with Mrs. Kringle!  I combined cute paper, cute stamps and dies for this one ...

On my last Facebook Live, a friend asked me if I do snowmen cards, I replied yes, I do.  You see I used to only want to do red and green cards and no snowmen because it hardly snows in Texas, well, I have changed that way of thinking, as there are some adorable snowman images, like this next card, so cute!

Doesn't that stamp just bring a smile to you?

My next one is an adorable angel ...

More pretty shimmer cardstock and glitter paper used on this sweet card!

Everyone knows I love having paper to match my stamps!  Ho, Ho, Ho paper goes with s
Santas, so here is the next card for you ...

And last but not least, I have a bonus card, which I will pre make, ready for you to send.  It a pretty clean and simple card for me, but it really was a must, since I am so late this month, still love it though!

If you don't get auto shipments, be sure to let me know right away that you want a kit!  Remember, you get 2 of the 5 designs + the bonus card made by me, all for $35 ($30 + $5 shipping).  You can pay me by paypal, venmo, cash or check.

Happy Stamping!

Monthly Madness September 2022!

Hello!  I am pleased to let you know my samples are ready for you to see and I am on time!  Wow, I can't say that for most months, but glad to be there this month.  The theme is Halloween.  And it is probably my favorite holiday to make cards for, as there are so many cute stamps and dies and this set of cards reflects that.  Before I show you my cards, just a reminder, in each kit, there are 2 of 6 designs and a bonus card, made by me, ready for you to send, all for just $35! ($30 + $5 shipping).  Let me show you my cards ...enjoy!

First up, is the fun fold type card that I always do in every kit.  This one is called a Gatefold Floater Card. I got a new stamp set of adorable little ghosts.  I thought this would be a perfect card to pair with a floater card, since ghosts float!

Yes, there was a gate fold in last month's kit, but the closure is totally different.  Last month the card had a slide and lock mechanism.  This time, when opened and closed the inside ghosts move and "float"!

Next, is a shaker card which we have not done in a while.  I ordered a package of shaker elements that are too cute, see close-up below.  Shaker cards are made so easily now, with the help of double sided adhesive foam sheets, wow!  This will be a fun card to make and to give!

What is a set of Halloween cards without a cute witch?

Love this new bat stamp set ...

I love my card kit business because I can buy new stamps and I can use old stamps, like this favorite wood mounted pumpkin stamp from Hero Arts.  It has a date on it from 2006!  Wow!  But still stamps great...

And last but not least, my bonus card ...

I love how this set of cards came out, can't wait to put my own set together and send off to friends to make them smile!  Be sure to let me know you are interested in this month's kit.

ADDED ANNOUNCEMENT -   I am planning on doing a Facebook Live on Tuesday, September 13th at 7 p.m. to sell some of my past card kits individually.  I mostly sell full card kits, but on occasion, I have sold some of my past individual kits for $4 each but on my Live, I will be selling them for $1.50 to $3 each.  If you don't have Facebook, just contact me and I will let you know your choices.

Happy Stamping!
