Morning Madness November 2023!

Hello!  My second of two months of Christmas kit samples are ready to show!  I love how these came out!  Just a reminder that I am quitting my monthly card kit business at the end of the year, so you might consider that, to have extra kits for next year!  But, then again, who knows next year, I might pop in with a special kit at Christmas or some other time of the year.  My friend told me that she thinks I will miss it, and I am sure I will, except, I might not miss doing 300 cards each and every month!  I do want to note, in the five years of doing card kits, my shipping has never gone up from the original $5, now that is something!  I can't say that about any other business, lol!  Now, let's get to the cards ... enjoy!

First up, is my fun fold.  This month is a triple fold.  And then there is a 3D element you will create too...

To open the card, the middle section goes to the left, and then the bottom and the top goes to the right and this is the inside ...

Next, is my silly and cute card.  You know me, gotta have a least one of those!

And the inside finishes the sentence on the front ...

Back in September, I used a Photoplay stamp of a girl holding an apple basket.  I just loved her.  Well, I saw that same artist had drawn a Christmas set too and I could not resist ordering it.  There are several things that the girl can hold, I went with the candy canes to match the paper!

And the inside ...

This month I have two religious cards to add to the selection of cards.  First up, is a wisemen stamp which was quite a bit larger than I had anticipated when I saw it online.  I had to get creative with my card ...

As you can see, not much scrapbook paper on this one.  But, that die cut border is a glitter paper, so it makes it very pretty.  The inside is the favorite for us Wisemen who still seek Him.

I must have a nativity card every year, and this one is it.  For those of you that have been stamping a long time, you know that in the old days we had to emboss every image to able to color in without the ink bleeding, but with the invention of new ink pads this is no longer true.  So, I for one, have gotten away from embossing, but at Christmas, it just seems right.  When I ordered the nativity stamps, I was thinking of coloring them in just like I do most stamps, but the embossing was so pretty on the light pink pattern paper, I added no color.  Now, I am sure I will be cussing as embossing on every image, is a lot more work for me, lol!

I also can't believe I added poinsettia paper to a nativity stamp, but you know what?  It works, it really does, I love it!  The inside ...

And, my bonus card ...

There you have it, the November kit!  Remember, if you don't get consecutive kits, be sure to let me know right away that you want the kit.  I will have this kit in the mail to you by Dec the 2nd so that should give you time to get them made and sent.

Happy Stamping!
