Easter eggs & bluebonnets? Sounds like spring in Texas to me! And that was my idea for today's Texas Tues-Step card. Now, getting the idea out of my head and onto my card, was not as easy as it should have been. I had trouble making the card all come together. In fact, at one point, I thought about changing and making a tag instead of a card, but went back to a card when I realized my main panel was wider than a tag would be. I just kept playing with ideas until I found one I liked. Let's get to it and then you can see if you like it too! Enjoy!
Click on the card above to give you a closer look. The easter eggs are hard to find. Wait, maybe that makes it an easter egg hunt! I own other easter egg stamps. Maybe I should have used some egg images that would show up more. What do you think? Do you like how this card came out?

I am almost done with my Easter cards and am working on getting them finished, addressed and in the mail. The next 3 days, I will be back here to show you those Easter cards. And then Saturday, I have one more for the sketch challenge share.
Happy Stamping!

ReplyDeleteVery cute! Your bluebonnets are so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteOooh. I love your card and I think the brain to card transfer must have worked stupendously as the card is perfect. I like how the one bluebonnet and eggs are dimensionlized. Great sentiment too.
