Hello! My card for today was made on Sunday, but since then, I have been deep in creating my class samples! I am on the down swing now and will have them ready to show you tomorrow. Today's card was made for a sketch deadline, so I decided I had better sit down and write this post. Remember, how I used to do Jen del Muro's monthly Sketch For You to Try challenges? She stopped doing them at the end of last year, but this year, in fact, just about a month ago, she came up with a new challenge for herself. She now has her very own stamp company called Reverse Confetti and has introduced the world to four new stamp sets, so far. I think she is having a new release every other month. And she has brought back the Sketch for You to Try challenges! I knew I had to get in on that. I haven't ordered her stamps yet, but my very good friend, Virginia, let me borrow hers so this is what I came up with. I do want to note, that until the end of the year, she says the sketch challenges can be done using any stamps, not just the ones from Reverse Confetti, but, you see, it gave me a chance to play with her new ones! Here is what I came up with using this set of stamps here. Enjoy!
I wanted to convey how life in color is so much better than black & white! I found in my stash, this black and white paper and decided I could just color the little flowers in with my copics. I liked it, but I felt it could use more, so I went with the die cut flowers ... perfect! What do you think?

I will see you tomorrow with my class samples.
Happy Stamping!
Tina

Beautiful! I love how you colored the flowers in on some of that background paper. And those large flower accents are the perfect pop of color!
